1) e-filing of documents from e-clinical and the clinical portal to the y-drive from PHTH 571 Summer 2020. E.g.: Assessment of Clinical Performance (ACP), tracking of hours logged by students; (Aug – Oct 2020) Collating of results from the students’ satisfaction questionnaires after each clinical placement Aug 2020 – Aug 2021. Preparing the results of students’ clinical performance assessment in order for the ACCEs to analyse and determine a grade. (October 2020 – Aug. 2021)

4)Ensuring the students meet prerequisites for clinical placement (Feb. – April 2021)

The person hired will work closely with Ms. Nadina Paraschuk, administrative and student affairs coordinator for clinical education at SPOT. Hiring Unit:

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Candidate should be a graduate student of SPOT
Familiarity with some of the platforms used (MyCourses) an asset

Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience

Hourly Salary:
(Amuse C) $15.00
