SKYTRAC is looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator (PMC) to join the SKYTRAC Marketing Centre of Excellence (SKYTRAC MCoE) in scenic Kelowna, British Columbia.

Aim of the Position

We are looking for a PMC with a minimum 24 months of industry experience to join the SKYTRAC MCoE. This position will work with the MCoE Program Manager to leverage advertising technologies and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results with tangible ROI metrics. The PMC will be responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing initiatives. As such, this role demands proficiency in data analysis, demand generation, social media/PPC/programmatic advertising, Wordpress integrations, CRM data management, landing page development, and more. This role is both strategic and hands on. The role will have an active voice in the development of our lead generation and acquisition strategies, and will then own bringing those tactics to life in order to drive positive advertising ROI.


Responsible for the daily reporting of digital marketing performance, ensuring that targets and budgets are maintained
Collaborate with Content Marketing Coordinator (CMC) to produce creative for digital campaigns
Stay abreast of and action online marketing and traffic acquisition strategies. This includes; search marketing (SEO, SEM), social media, display and email marketing
Continually test and optimize acquisition channels, audiences, bidding strategies, targeting tactics, ad units, copy, and creative
Set and monitor performance metrics and budgets for campaigns across all levels of the purchase funnel
Integrate brand marketing strategies into larger campaign initiatives
Build out creative briefs and requirements for each campaign in service to all digital marketing channels
Convert data into consumable quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide insight on marketing trends
Support the build out of our digital marketing roadmap to increase reach, engagement, conversion, Cost per Lead, Cost per Acquisition, brand awareness, acquisition and retention metrics
Identify opportunities and risks against plans and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Establish effective communication mechanisms with key stakeholders
Qualify incoming leads and manage nurture campaigns


Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined experience
Strong knowledge of social media advertising techniques and tools
Minimum 24 months of active, hands on digital marketing across search, paid social, display, and email marketing
Strong technical knowledge of current advertising technologies
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Working knowledge of Wordpress or other CMS systems
Demonstrated experience with testing and optimizing digital advertising
Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
Strong Excel skills with ability to create charts and conduct data analysis
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to interpret data and to extract meaningful themes that advise future marketing strategies
Analytical capabilities with strong working knowledge (minimum 2 years) of Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and other analytics platforms
(Bonus) Aerospace experience considered very desirable
(Bonus) Enterprise B2B experience considered a strong asset
(Bonus) Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar business intelligence platforms a strong asset
