We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in 2277 Bulkley Valley Wholesale.
This position will contribute to the success of the store by demonstrating our company mission of Always Customer First and embodying our core values of Service, People, Innovation, Fun, and Integrity.
You will be responsible for:
Taking Customers orders over the telephone
Document Filing
Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members
Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
Cleaning work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
You have:
Passion for great food and outstanding service.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
Enthusiasm and are customer focused.
Retail, customer service experience considered an asset
