We are a start-up looking to hire!

We are a small start-up cleaning company looking for cleaners that can handle a variety of dirty jobs. Could this be you???!!! Our clients range from small residential homes, to move in/move out services, to as large as multi-level office buildings. We are looking for someone who will not just clean but exceed client expectations.


  • Deep cleaning top to bottom entire households within set time limits.
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, mopping floors, wiping down walls, organizing, putting things away and making beds.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Check and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Must have knowledge of how to use and maintain vacuum, mop, and other related equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Emptying trash cans.
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.
  • Notify building management of any repairs required.
  • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions safety.

Working Conditions

  • The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
  • Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
  • Excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with people sensitively and professionally at all times
  • G Licence – must provide driver’s abstract upon hire
  • 3-5 years cleaning service work experience
  • Will be subject to a drug screening test
  • Must provide police clearance
Hourly Rate of pay negotiable based on experience.
