About this Opportunity

As the Supervisor, Distribution Sparkling for Richmond, you will be responsible for leading and managing the work of employees in a fast paced, unionized environment to achieve required productivity, safety and budget objectives.

Please note that this role is a fulltime evening shift position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm with occasional Saturday and/or morning shifts.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory.
Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
Manage drivers' delivery schedule and hours worked.
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level, solution-oriented customer service standard.
Serve as liaison between distribution, sales.
Manage and audit team member's timekeeping.
Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
Ensure adequate follow-ups and training in health and safety in order to maintain a culture of 'zero' accidents.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma an asset.
1 to 3 years of experience in the consumer goods distribution sector.
1 to 3 years of experience managing unionized staff.
Knowledge of SAP an asset.
MS Office experience.
Familiarity with the regulations of the Ministry of Transport.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Class 1 driver's license an asset.
