Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Manager, Commercial Banking and Cash Management Specialist your main responsibilities will 1) focus on building and managing a portfolio of medium-size business clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the area of professional and services and non-for-profit organization sectors, and 2) work in collaboration with other commercial banking managers on the development of treasury and cash management opportunities. To this end, you will need to work with Financial Services Heads, CEOs and Treasurers to understand their business needs and present them with solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities include business development as well as working with current and potential Business Group Managers and clients to conduct a needs analysis, find solutions and close the sale of their needs. How You’ll Succeed

Relationship Building -Develop new client relationships through business development activities leveraging referral sources, existing clients and centres of influences. Meeting financial revenue targets by proactively assessing client needs and propose solutions to deliver what matters to our clients.
Credit and Cash Management: Actively monitor and manage the relationship with a client by fully understanding their goals, objectives and status of the client’s business. Identifying, targeting and actively calling on prospective clients. Structure, negotiate and document credit and cash management arrangements with clients and prospects that meet client needs
Collaborate – Working with the Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and other internal partners in conducting joint programs and other initiatives required to maximize sales opportunities. Identifying emerging cash management product opportunities through analyses of commercial client needs and strategies, regular cash management reviews and presentations. Develop and leverage current trends and best practices in Cash Management and Treasury.

You have a degree: You have a Bachelor’s degree in in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field .
You're fluent in French and English and you are proficient in writing in both languages.
