Scheduling of building automation system for HVAC, Lighting, Compressed air and Process Controls
Effective core-time Preventative Maintenance activity
CMMS (Maximo) data entry (Document 90% of all daily activity - Downtime and DIN calls, PM closure, WO generation, investigation and CM activity, meetings, training and improvement activity)
Daily communication (Shift start meetings, feedback for Planner and Reliability Associates, WO backlog reviews, activity coordination with other shift members)
Project and theme activity (Theme or project based improvements to improve dept QCDMS)
Continuous improvement (OJT and skill based, Self teaching, equipment understanding, technical documentation creation and sharing, technical training)
Incident report creation (Take ownership of DT and complete incident reports as required by the dept reporting triggers, deep why-why analysis with rootcause and CM development)
New equipment specification review and support (Risk assessments, commissioning checks, Genba reviews)
Industrial Electrician (442A) or Construction and Maintenance Electrician(309A) Trade License
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel and PowerPoint*
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
High and Medium Voltage (44 KV/13.8 KV/4160V) transformer, substation and starter experience
Motor control knowledge including Variable Frequency Drives
Knowledge of use of IR camera and interpretation of scans
Knowledge and use of Ultra sound for asset condition monitoring
Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
PLC system knowledge and ladder logic programming experience
Effectively utilize measurement equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures (Scope, DMM, etc)
Experience with Maximo System for logging maintenance activity and ordering parts
Strong mechanical aptitude including knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and experience with hoisting and rigging
Project management experience (Ability to manage contractors and construction projects)
Equipment integration experience that includes installation, setup, troubleshooting and commissioning
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willing and able to support a three shift rotation
Willing and able to support scheduled shutdowns as per project requirements
Willing and able to support weekend work as per project requirements
Willing and able to support New Model and Investment Projects resulting in non-standard shifts
Willing and able to travel has per project requirements
