The CRM Regional Specialist will join Cornershop by Uber's marketing team to use their strong analytical skills to find new insights of the data to improve the way we onboard partners and customers and design and evaluate marketing campaigns in North America.

What will you be doing?

  • The CRM Regional Specialist will be tasked with designing, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns for North America, focusing on customers and Shoppers, using channels such as email, in-app, push, SMS and others.
  • You will work closely with the global CRM team and local Head of Marketing to define the CRM strategy in North America.
  • You will collaborate with the local marketing team on all integrated campaigns, applying best practices, and effective and efficient execution of key tactics across CRM-owned channels.
  • You will drive continuous optimization of campaigns, both locally as well as for customer lifecycle, with a focus on both local and global business objectives.
  • You will generate data-driven insights through in-depth analysis (AB testing, sales results, consumption patterns, among others).

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in CRM Marketing.
  • Intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience processing and analyzing large amounts of consumer data.
  • Experience working in startups or technology companies is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French or Spanish is considered a plus.
