The Inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to develop strategic selling skills by building strong relationships with new Bank prospects. This position will allow you to build your business acumen and financial product knowledge as you engage with prospects for the Biz2X product suite. Successful ISR’s will be offered a path to a Business Development Role. (if available)
- Making outbound calls and emails to Bankers and other partners regarding the Biz2X product offering.
- Using a consultative sales approach to get a sense of exactly what the prospect requires and where the firms is in the digital transformation journey for their lending business.
- Spending time with prospects to introduce both the lending solutions and risk analytics tools available from Biz2X
- Produce meaningful contacts to the Senior Vice President of Business Development in order to grow the technology footprint of Biz2Credit.
- Minimum of 3 years inside sales experience, preferably on the phone, and in finance or banking
- Bachelors degree required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and balance administrative vs. selling activities
- Desire to learn, grow and be coached
- Computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems preferably Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office products.
