OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As the Outside Sales Representative, you must strive to maintain current customer relationships while constantly securing new customers with the understanding that growth and development of the assigned territory is a major goal. The Outside Sales Representative must have the ability to become knowledgeable of the assigned territory including;
Other responsibilities include contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services; emphasizing product features based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations; negotiating prices and terms of sales and service agreements; and preparing sales contracts.
