A JAM Bilingual Account Coordinator liaises with clients and coordinates with creative, production, and development teams to execute projects for some of Canada’s biggest brands. Responsibilities
- Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
- Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
- Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
- Fostering positive client and internal relationships
- Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
- Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
- Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner
Desired Skills & Experience
- Fluency in French (orally and written)
- Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience is an asset
- Direct and/or Digital experience is an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
