Busy, Inner-City Builder Real Estate Team requires a Hostess / Administrator to join our group.

Job Description: Assist Area Sales Manager with;

  • Greeting new & existing clients at the Presentation Centre in a professional manner
  • Giving general information regarding the builder, and the projects
  • Assisting in the sale of new homes / condos
  • Filling in new contracts, taking personal client information
  • Updating contracts and amendments,
  • Take client contact information
  • Add new clients into data base
  • Update Client data base; notes, contact info, tasks, reminders.
  • Run reports
  • Research and put together data for reports
  • Maintaining organization of the Presentation centre
  • Open and Close Presentation Centre
  • Work effectively on your own and cover for days off, sick days etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in the field of real estate would be an asset
  • Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office
  • Positive and friendly customer service with exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experienced at preparing reports, formatting documents and drafting official letters
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of professionalism
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Independent worker and self-starter with highly developed resourceful problem solving and decision-making
  • Demonstrated resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges
  • Ability to work with others in a busy environment with professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour

Experience:

  • data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
