Panago Pizza has an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager at our Macleod location.

Job Duties and Expectations:
- Complete Panago Manager Certification.
- Restaurant experience and/or management experience an asset but not required.
- Directly responsible for ensuring all operating standards are met.
- Demonstrate leadership in attaining high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Maintain a high degree of personal standards and conduct.
- Provide positive and professional leadership and role modeling to all employees.
- Responsible for knowing and being proficient in all store positions (training will be provided).
- Assist with the interviewing, hiring and disciplining of employees.
- Complete paperwork and administrative tasks as required.
- Initiate communication and raise awareness on issues affecting the operation and atmosphere of the store.
- Manage the store in the store owners absence.
- Lead by example and take pride in their work.
- Play an active role in achieving food and labour cost goals through effective managing of labour schedule while delivering good customer service.

- Strong communication skills.
- People management and relations skills.
- Possession of valid Food Safe Certificate.
- Possess good judgment and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates self-confidence and willingness to learn and try new ideas.
- Hardworking with a determined work ethic.
