We're looking for a Customer Service Representative or as we call them here in Tangerine, Client Service Specialist to join this team.
What you'll be doing:
As a Client Service Specialist, you'll have a direct impact on Tangerine's business goals by providing unprecedented Client service by phone, email or live chat communications.
As an expert in Tangerine's full range of financial products, you'll be able to share your knowledge with our Clients and help them find banking solutions that suit their needs. This will contribute to our team's overall sales growth.
Our Service and Sales department is a fast-paced environment with a significant volume of Client interactions regularly. To be successful, you'll need to be ready and able to deal with a high and rewarding workload. We want you to thrive in this environment and be part of how we keep our Promises, which are we dare, we care, we share and we deliver.
As a direct bank we're open Monday through Sunday, including all statutory holidays. You'll need to be available to work on a 2-month rotating shift between the hours of 7:00 am and 12:00 am (midnight).
Training is a key part of the success of our Client Service Specialists. To set you up for success, you'll be doing 5 weeks of full time training when you start. This will be a blend of classroom and on-the-floor training.
Skills you currently have:
You have 1 - 2 years of customer service experience dealing in sales, retail or other contact centre environment.
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of basic software and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Comfortable working with sales goals
Able to solve problems logically, critically and empathically
French/English bilingualism is an asset
