Overview of the opportunity:
Our Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services (IARCS) professionals provide a range of assurance and advisory services to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit functions, enterprise risk management programs, third-party relationships, regulatory compliance, governance and sustainability initiatives. We analyze and assess an organization’s business strategies and related business processes and systems to help management understand and address business objectives, requirements, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities. Our professionals bring both deep technical and industry experience, allowing clients to strengthen their key governance, risk management and compliance efforts while optimizing business performance.

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing IARCS practice at a Senior Consultant level. The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting the planning, execution, and reporting for IARCS engagements, working both as part of larger engagement teams and individually with guidance and review from more senior professionals.

What you will do:Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Support the team and clients across industries in designing and implementing risk management frameworks from strategic to operational levels including risk strategy, appetite, governance, policies, culture and technology systems
Facilitate risk assessments and advise on suitable strategies to manage risks
Produce analyses, reports or presentations that outline findings and recommendations
Apply knowledge of best practices from past engagements and leading practice studies
Support Managers in managing project timeline, quality, budget as well as client relationship
Deliver multiple simultaneous client engagements of varying size, scope and complexity
Engage with cross functional engagement teams comprised of diverse backgrounds and skill sets
Mentor, drive and review quality of work prepared by team members
Assist in identifying opportunities to continuously improve project and solutions deliveryparticipate in creating proposals, capability statements and presentations for engagement opportunities

What you bring to the role:
Strong educational background with emphasis on risk management, engineering, finance or economics
Risk management, assurance or accounting designation (such as CRMA, PRM, CA) would be an asset
Minimum two years’ experience in an external client facing role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management
Strong project management, analytical and technical skills and ability to develop creative approaches, models and systems that will create value-adding solutions to clients
Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment.
Quantitative and/or project risks background would be an advantage. willing to travel within the region

Keys to your success

Have relevant sector experience in healthcare, energy, government and/or financial sector would be an advantage
Highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic.
Advanced knowledge of risk management and good industry practices (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO)
