The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Service Department in collaboration with the other service agent.
Manage the invoicing process, from the opening to the closing of work orders.
Prepare time sheets for the Service.
Prepare order for suppliers
Help with submission
Prepare warrantee claims for the service department.
Maintain the WIP (work in process) according to company standards.
Replace at the reception If needed
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
Diploma of College Studies or professional in administration or equivalent relevant experience.
Skilled in customer service; self-starter and detail-oriented
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF.)
