Education: A technical or commercial background is preferred. A engineering degree is considered an asset.
Experience: Experience in technical or instrumentation sales. Knowledge of process automation. Hardware and software knowledge. Experience with CRM sales management tool is important. Strong presentation skills are a must.
Travel: Inside sales; Some travel (5%) nationally and internationally (E.g. to U.S. and Finland for meetings and training)
Languages: Fluent in English and French (Quebec)
Other: Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel internationally (valid driver’s license and passport)

Beamex is a well-established family owned company, head quartered in Finland. Beamex is looking for an experienced Bilingual Client Services Manager to manage and grow the North American customer base within the field of process instrument calibration, contributing to the high level of customer satisfaction Beamex is known for.
Beamex is looking for a Bilingual Client Services Manager (CSM) who will support sales & representative networks. The Bilingual CSM will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process, driving the sales team to achieve specific goals. Functions will include uncovering qualified opportunities from both existing and prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Bilingual CSM will perform regular direct customer check-ups to ensure our products are being used accurately and to the fullest potential, while uncovering potential areas of technical error before a complaint is received. They will also ensure that all target clients are personally contacted. Target clients include strategic market segment contacts, marketing qualified leads, and those received as a result of a specific marketing campaign. In addition, the Bilingual CSM will be responsible for part sales, software support agreement renewals, and care plans to win back sales or renewals.
