Education: A technical or commercial background is preferred. A engineering degree is considered an asset.

Experience: Experience in technical or instrumentation sales. Knowledge of process automation. Hardware and software knowledge. Experience with CRM sales management tool is important. Strong presentation skills are a must.

Travel: Inside sales; Some travel (5%) nationally and internationally (E.g. to U.S. and Finland for meetings and training)

Languages: Fluent in English and French (Quebec)

Other: Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel internationally (valid driver’s license and passport)

HR Options is providing recruiting support for Beamex Canada as they have moved from selling via Distributor in Canada to selling direct to customers. Beamex is a well-established family owned company, head quartered in Finland. Beamex is looking for an experienced Bilingual Client Services Manager to manage and grow the North American customer base within the field of process instrument calibration, contributing to the high level of customer satisfaction Beamex is known for.

Position Summary

Beamex is looking for a Bilingual Client Services Manager (CSM) who will support sales & representative networks. The Bilingual CSM will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process, driving the sales team to achieve specific goals. Functions will include uncovering qualified opportunities from both existing and prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Bilingual CSM will perform regular direct customer check-ups to ensure our products are being used accurately and to the fullest potential, while uncovering potential areas of technical error before a complaint is received. They will also ensure that all target clients are personally contacted. Target clients include strategic market segment contacts, marketing qualified leads, and those received as a result of a specific marketing campaign. In addition, the Bilingual CSM will be responsible for part sales, software support agreement renewals, and care plans to win back sales or renewals.

Sales Requirements:

  • Further establish Beamex as a top to bottom service provider
  • Build customer relationships and trust in order to prompt customer referrals
  • Transform “Marketing Ready Leads” to “Sales Ready Leads”
  • Uncover qualified opportunities for sales
  • Development of Spare Part (pumps, & EXT) sales to Beamex direct accounts
  • Uncover opportunities for recalibration with existing customers for labs
  • Support client SSA agreements to win back sales and renewals
  • Uncover opportunities for upgrades and new product purchases with existing customers
  • Discover professional service opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Encourage customers to return to Beamex for future/repeat business
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the President

Process Requirements:

  • Sales Representative order processing
  • Provide sales staff quick and accurate in-house support
  • Maintain SSA & Care Plan contract, contact and renewal
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM & Iscala for order processing
  • Receive, review and process customer RFQ’s & purchase orders
  • Manage sales network pre & post sales activities
  • Train new hires to use sales tools and programs
  • Work with Beamex Group to improve functionality and visibility in CRM
  • Update sales training manual & process as needed
  • Update Sales Rules and Guidelines as needed
  • Report monthly sales results to the Sales Director & sales team
  • Update territories in CRM with correct account manager information
  • Field & direct calls to correct party for further assistance
  • Process Credit Card payments

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience working in an administrative, financial or sales environment
  • Experience in technical sales (instrumentation) is strongly preferred
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and CRM (Dynamics and Hubspot a plus)
  • Bilingual (English, French) is a must

Education/Work Experience

  • Good administrative and management abilities
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point
