Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Business Transformation Advocate.

The Business Transformation Advocate role will be part of the Business Transformation team. This role is accountable for supporting the achievements of ACG’s short and long term Mission, Vision and strategic objectives.

Accountabilities:
Through the implementation and use of CI tools the incumbent will diagnose, design, develop, manage, support and lead business units through the Continuous Improvement management system processes.

Continuously work with internal clients to provide input into the development and application of the CI processes, services, and solutions that support the strategic direction and have a long term impact on achieving business goals (including sourcing relevant metrics, huddle boards, driving engagement).

Work with business unit to acquire data necessary for the CI diagnostic, draft communications, and support the development of key questions to probe clients for requirements. Use Excel/Access systems to analyze results to identify top opportunity areas, identify process improvements and develop specific actionable plans.

Engage, facilitate and influence to assist in root cause problem solving at all tier levels as needed with the CI team and front line business leadership. Influence front line leadership and associates as to the need for change and ability to communicate how it will benefit the organization.

Lead client conversations to ensure needs are identified, desired outcomes are understood, and consultants' role is clear. Coach leaders and associates on implementation of CI concepts to support skill building.

Ensure the business conducts ongoing regular root-cause-problem-solving (RCPS) sessions with clear priorities and timely solutions, as new challenges arise.

Refine standard work as process changes are made.

Identify systemic inhibitors to new process adoption and efficient execution and discuss with business leaders.

Supports post-transformation Maturity Assessments, leads corrective action planning, and improvement execution until process changes are fully confirmed and embedded in the line activity and behaviors.

Coordinate with ACG Business Transformation team and business unit teams to tailor observation sheets, questionnaires, procedures, and other post-wave tools and projects.

Role may require some travel as CI is deployed across sites and offices across the country.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of frontline experience in leadership role

Strong knowledge of the 5 lenses of CI; understanding of the 4 loops and enabling tools; understanding of the principles, systems and tools that underpin Continuous Improvement

Awareness of the Continuous Improvement phases (prepare, diagnose, design, implement), the core analyses / activities aligned to each phase, and specific understanding of the redesigned process in their business area

Experience in Lean/Six Sigma/ continuous improvement experience in a service or manufacturing environment preferred

Experience in training and coaching of frontline employees and leaders

Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio for Organizational Design only)

Advanced ability to deliver presentations to executive level leaders

Advanced communication skills - written & verbal

Ability to deal with conflict and manage multiple accountabilities in a fast paced environment

Advanced working knowledge of the organization's change management process and exhibits leadership in establishing structured methodologies

Advanced collaborative consulting that maximize the achievement of the business outcomes, client commitment and long term sustainability

Advanced facilitation skills in meetings, processes and operations without requiring support from others

Willingness to set goals and achieve results: Can set challenging goals for self, and is able to drive new paths to efficiently and effectively deliver results

Experience driving change: Open to change, persistent, can improve a process and drive impact despite challenges
