The Administrative Support IV position will support and handle all administrative duties that pertains to the PLC Psychiatric Emergency Services. The position will also support the PLC Mental Health Leadership team as well as support / handle all bookings for ECT. The incumbent must have experience using E-Clinibase, Clinibase, NetCare, SCM, OR Manager, assembling and disassembling charts and all administrative duties including dictation. The incumbent will provides assistance in all areas of the department when required, assists with patient care throughout the area and the department. Works co-operatively with peer group to ensure that there is a positive, effective and efficient work environment. Establishes and maintains liaison with other hospital staff. Assists in the teaching of staff, orientation of new staff members and the instruction and evaluation of students. Also acts as a resource person to department staff as required.
