In this Revenue Growth Manager role you will create competitive advantage for Kellogg in the arena of price and trade promotion optimization by developing the Kellogg expertise in pricing analytics to lead the development of our price pack architecture and strategic pricing playbooks across a 3 year time frame. You will also use your strong leadership to facilitate the pricing and trade optimization of each customer plan across RTEC (Ready to Eat Cereal) and NPF (Nutritious Portable Foods) to maximize our growth and price realization within our competitive environment.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Pricing Strategy - together with the Associate Director’s of Sales Strategy, you will help lead the pricing strategy and provide the analytical horse power at both RSP(Regular Sales Price) & FSP(Feature Sales Price) for price pack architecture at the national, regional and account level; Create and maintain a pricing scorecard vs competition and monitor accordingly
Leading Technology - you will lead the continuous improvement and utility of the Cornerstone tool across the customer base to optimize (together with the Key Account Exec) promotional effectiveness and efficiency, while leading marketplace and brand level pricing analytics and pricing role & share back insights / opportunity
Drive Standardization - you will lead and strategize on full event promo effectiveness and support the move to customer contribution management, while driving standardization of price and trade promotion capabilities and process across Canada and lead the executional component of bringing Cornerstone insights into the selling / negotiating with customers to enable the trade efficiency targets
Relationship Building - Use your strong relationship building skillset to connect with Global Revenue personnel to shape and share best practices and bring them to the Canadian business
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Strong analytical capability and comfort with financial and data macro’s
Experience with trade spend , syndicated data and the insight generation capability to propose winning strategies
Significant experience in a similar position in the Consumer Products Goods industry in Canada
Demonstrated team work and communication skills; highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Strong ability to teach /consult business insight development through data analytics
Demonstrated experience across the multiple functions of Cat-Man , Trade finance, Sales, Customer Mgt
Your experience with Curve/ Cornerstone Capabilities will be an asset
Bachelor’s Degree with an Accounting Designation will set you apart!
