We are currently searching for an amazing Retail Administration Supervisor to join our Customer Experience Team! Reporting to the Manager of Retail Administration, this role will provide support in supervising and training the Retail Admin team while Trail goes through rapid growth.
As a Retail Administration Supervisor, you will...
Supervise a team of 30 retail administrators across all Trail locations
Ensure the team is kept up to date with updates in company policy and processes
Assist the department manager in preparing and delivering training material to staff as required
Assist with customer account reconciliation, escalated customer service matters as required and financing application verification.
Coordinate and lead coaching sessions with team members on a regular basis
Monitor individual performance to drive results, identifying high performers and develop opportunities
Provide backup coverage for department manager during absences and vacations as required
Coach the team for performance management and improvement to ensure they have the ability to meet the goals and targets established

The experience we need...
2 years clerical supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with daily use of CRM , IVR and ERP systems
Experience in coaching, development and leadership abilities
Conversant in basic accounting, payment and cash handling principles
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook and Word
Ability to work independently and productively in an unsupervised environment
Ability to work in tight deadlines, multitask, establish priorities and adaptable to flexible schedules
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid BC Driver's License and access to own vehicle
