Toronto FC is searching for a high-energy and passionate individual to support our Toronto FC Soccer Operations group. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, logistic and operational support and assistance. This role will be focused on the overall operations of the Toronto FC Academy and Toronto FC’s training home, BMO Training Ground.
Provides confidential administrative and office management support to the Coordinator, Academy Operations.
Assist Coordinator, Academy Operations with coordinating all elements of Toronto FC Academy Team Operations logistics and travel. This includes assist in planning & execution of all academy team travel, assist in all team annual scheduling – training, games, competition, additional programming, etc.
Take the lead on various Toronto FC Academy Team Administration projects. This includes: all team roster administration management, online administrative platforms and tournament administration.
Assist Coordinator with communication to Academy families, such as training and competition schedules, travel itinerary, Academy Newsletter, etc.
Provide media support for all Toronto FC Academy platforms including social platforms.
Assist in coordination of all elements of BMO Training Ground daily operations. This includes but is not limited to: Field & Meal Scheduling and Building Updates Security Scheduling & Processes (log books, locker room assignments, etc.).
Currently enrolled in a related University or College degree/diploma Program
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
Available to work a variety of shifts including evening and weekends.
