What you'll be doing:
Lead the customer's onboarding and implementation experience
Ensure all customers complete the required technical setup in a timely manner
Train and educate customers on how to effectively use Second Closet tools for their specific needs
Collaborate with our teams to ensure adoption and successful renewals
Liaise with your team to resolve customer inquiries (via phone and email channels)
Maintain and increase industry leading customer satisfaction scores
Experience in providing face-to-face or web-based training sessions
Experience in project management and/or sales roles
Minimum one year experience preferred
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
