ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, MOUNTAIN

Reporting to the Operations Support Specialist, the ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Production Department. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present the company in a manner which portrays it in a respectable image
Records management and related procedures
Product Transfers (Interplant, and external to Aurora)
Act as the liaison between corporate logistics and the plant for product transfers
Perform record management activities to ensure appropriate paperwork completed, approved and filed
Investigate discrepancies between shipper and receiver quantities and ensure corrections follow up
System updates (Ample) for inventory adjustments due to shipping out (inventory decrease) and receiving (inventory increase)
Track transfers via multiple spreadsheets
Cor-ordinate with weekly transfers of product
Arrange for staff to accompany transfers, where required
Request Purchase Orders
Assist with product Exports as required
Tracking label and packaging orders
Other administrative tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of records management
Strong reconciliation and audit skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications – Word, Excel etc.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment
Must be detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written
Ability to work in a bustling, fast-paced environment

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
3+ years’ experience in an Administrator role
Public company experience preferred but not required
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred
