As a Sales Manager, you will, coach, lead and mentor one of six geographical regions and collaborate with other sales leaders/teams to grow revenue for your region.
You will have the opportunity to build a high-performance sales culture and deliver inspiring training programs to develop your team on; Sales skills (needs analysis, value demonstration, objection handling, etc.) and Product knowledge Salesforce / tools

About the Gig:
You’ll take 10-15 full-cycle sales representatives and turn them into a championship sales team
You will work with sales reps to devise campaign strategies, plans for field sales trips, territory strategies, and day-to-day tactics
You’ll know your numbers and pipeline, coaching reps to move the needle on key metrics (demos booked/run, show rate, close rate)
You will be a master of your team’s daily and weekly sales processes (e.g., morning meetings, team activity compliance, weekly check-ins with your reps, pipeline management and reporting)
You will be responsible for performance management
You will partner with other departments (marketing, customer success, etc) to close deals
You’re smart and get things done.
You have a university degree and 3-5 years sales experience, with 2+ years in a management capacity
You are a motivational sales leader.
You’ve managed >10 reps before who have crushed their goals
You were once a strong sales rep and you hit your goals
You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks for a team of reps
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and manage a large sales pipeline
You’re as cool as a cucumber under pressure
You are highly driven, enthusiastic, and excited to join a team that is transforming higher education
