Our Medical Care Coordinators act as a liaison between our clients, the physicians and the healthcare system to form a dedicated, connected medical care team. They ensure that clients receive timely, thorough, and quality medical care and provide direct assistance and support to our physicians. In turn, our doctors are well equipped to provide exceptional comprehensive care to our clients while expressing and upholding INLIV’s core values. The role of the Medical Care Coordinator reports to the Medical Operations Manager.

Primary Role Responsibilities:
Support the team of physicians and take initiative to anticipate the future needs of physicians and clients
High level of communication (on the phone and in person), facilitating a strong client/physician relationship
Uphold and express our core values (the Essentials)
Able to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Create new client files in the EMR
Answer client calls and inquiries
Secure follow up appointments for lab work, further diagnostic testing or specialist consultations
Wolf EMR work desk management, data entry and file review
Process prescription refill requests
Create invoices for services and submit billings
Maintain and manage the schedule for clients and physicians
Manage examination room set up and supplies
Scan and link all paper documents into patient files daily
Ensure consult replies have been reviewed
Medical Office Assistant Certification
Proactive, able to work independently and take initiative
Experience in a Medical Clinic setting
Dedicated to an excellent client experience, consistently demonstrating care and the highest level of service
Demonstrated dedication to the healthcare industry, and thorough understanding of medical terminology and concepts
Ability to adapt to new technology and changing processes and procedures
Team player attitude
