As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be encouraged to continue to develop your skills, share your knowledge with team members and peers and effectively lead a project stream on a project.

This position requires a focus on client success, client-facing skills and a strong understanding of the project life cycle and software development life cycle.

You must bring leadership, analytical thinking, and be an inherent curiosity to the role. The successful candidate would be detail oriented with the ability and eagerness to learn and understand business, customer and technology needs. You are a creative thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and embrace detail but summarize and express it clearly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Take responsibility in becoming a bridge between business and IT project team, and work closely with various business departments to collect business requirement, refine and document them in the format of user story

2) Own Product Backlog and maintain it in a good prioritized shape with clearly defined top product backlog items to support Sprint planning, Sprint Execution and Product Demo

3) Own and communicate product vision and roadmap to all parties

4) Daily collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prioritize requirements, and update the product roadmap considering development team’s capacity

5) Daily support development team with resolving questions and issues about product requirements, and providing feedback about deliverable

6) Conduct user validation, feasibility analysis and cost analysis for the product

7) Proactively seek out issues that could negatively impact the product release schedule, and initiate the corrective actions to resolve and escalate the matter to meet the schedule

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in software development using Agile frameworks, and minimum 1 year’ experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-preferably Salesforce.com and Salesforce Communities
Thorough understanding of software product development lifecycle
Previous experience in implementing MobileFirst application and SaaS solution is preferred
Proficiency with JIRA, & Trello
Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
Strong analytical skills with developing new reporting analytics
Experienced with SDLC methodology run projects from Requirement Gathering, Design, Testing, Documentation Training through Implementation
Successful delivery of Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and CRM projects
Client-facing / Customer-facing experience to deliver solution overviews, webinars and training
Ability to communicate, produce documentation, prepare and lead client sessions, etc.
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations
Solid presentation, facilitation, interview and workshop facilitation skills
Solid communication skills with ability and experience working with executive level staff
University degree is required

Additional Skills:
Previous experience in a Product Owner capacity
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization (written and verbal – i.e. PowerPoint)
Business process flows and modelling
Design thinking skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Understanding of digital technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, SaaS platform architecture, RESTful services)
Working experience with a leading Ecommerce and Integration platform(s) including but not limited to
Salesforce
WordPress
Oracle Fusion Middleware
Exposed to or directly used ECM, or Web CMS
Integration Frameworks (SOAP, REST, JSON)
XML/XML Schema and experience with Data Modeling
UI/UX Design Principles
SharePoint experience is an asset
Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript
