We are building one of Canada’s most exciting media companies. Loblaw Media offers a new way to plan and deliver meaningful digital advertising to help consumer brands more effectively reach customers who will love their products. We use transaction-based insights from our online and bricks and mortar stores to target audiences and measure campaign effectiveness.

As the Senior Product Manager - Platforms, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, scoping, implementation, take to market and ongoing management of the integrated systems from across Loblaw’s corporate business that are the foundation of Loblaw Media’s in-market offering.

Reporting the Director, Product you will work with a diverse internal stakeholder set including Program Delivery, Data & Analytics, IT & Security, Privacy and Compliance and Loblaw’s many customer-facing banners. Knowledge of the media business is an asset as roadmap planning involves gathering requirements and supporting the development of business cases based on input from our media operations and client-facing teams.

What You'll Do

Be the primary point of contact managing the scope and implementation of the Loblaw Media Platform technology roadmap.
Engage with external partners (like cloud storage, data & analytics, payments, ad technology, etc.) to ensure the right way to plug different services into our systems
Work with internal partners from technology, design, business, marketing and operations to facilitate decision making
Be the point of contact for cross-functional teams by answering questions and providing availability & support through every launch
Socialize a clear view of priorities and progress against a product roadmap with business partners and senior leadership
Own the backlog including prioritization, grooming and writing user stories
Other related duties and projects as assigned, of course.
What You'll Need

5+ years of product management experience
2+ years product experience with SaaS platforms, ideally within an eCommerce, FinTech or Ad Tech business
Solid understanding of lean startup and agile methodologies
Exposure in working with external systems & system integrations
Solid stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity
Strong attention to detail and project management skills. PMP Designation a definite asset.
