Are you curious, and enjoy doing research in the area of cybersecurity and sharing your findings? If so, then come join our Cybersecurity Infrastructure team, headed by National Bank’s Vice-President – IT Operations.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, CDN and WAF (Cloud Delivery Network and Web Application Firewall), you'll work with DevOps teams to develop our tools and act quickly in a rapidly changing environment. You'll work with the latest cybersecurity technology and your ability to adapt, solve problems and communicate in simple terms will be an invaluable asset when explaining technical considerations to Senior Management. You'll work closely with the investigations and cyber information teams to implement various strategies to counter threats.

Day-to-day tasks:
Manage the CDN (Akamai) and Anti-DDoS infrastructure
Manage the WAF site
Maintain and upgrade perimeter security equipment (firewalls, IPS systems, etc.)
Integrate cybersecurity tools into DevOps mode
Document security procedures
Suggest and implement improvements to the environment in relation to metrics and changing needs

Three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and five years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience
CCNA, CCSA or CCSE certification, an asset
Experience with the Security Operation Centre (vulnerabilities, incidents, fraud, patches, anti-virus software and intrusions)
Knowledge of network technology
Knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux
Knowledge of programming and the DevOps approach
Knowledge of scripting language (Pearl, Python), an asset
Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
