Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with sales-related activities. The Junior Sales Customer Service Representative will work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and building techniques.
· Assist the sales team with various tasks, including lead generation & prospecting.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities.
· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effective promotions and provide recommendations.
· Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
· 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
