Job Description


Responsibilities may include reception and administrative support functions. Specific duties are assigned by the department based on the position. Hours of work may vary and assignments are not guaranteed.

Minimum Qualifications:
College diploma, and/or certificate in office administration;
Over two (2) year experience providing administrative/ clerical support;
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
Detail oriented, well organized and ability to multitask to manage timelines and multiple projects;
Works effectively in a team environment;
Ability to work on own initiative and proven ability to meet deadlines;
Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information;
Adaptable to different office environments and assignment levels;
Proactive, takes ownership of responsibilities and shows initiative;
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
Fluency in another language is an asset.
