We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Backup Payroll & A/P Clerk for our Prince George location.
The Receptionist/Backup Payroll & A/P Clerk will be responsible for answering calls, and receiving and assisting customers. This position is also responsible for providing backup for Payroll and Accounts Payable.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
One year certificate from college or business school preferred
Two to four years related experience and/or training
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge as it relates to Accounts Payable and Payroll.
Good knowledge and display of telephone etiquette.
Good organizational skills.
Accurate keyboarding skills with good speed
Excellent customer relations skills
