We are seeking qualified and vibrant candidates for an exciting opportunity that currently exists for our Practice.

Candidates must hold a PhD or Masters in Psychology, should be experienced and registered clinicians who are able to provide leading edge and fresh thinking ideals to our clients business. Applicants will be considered from anywhere in Canada / Globally but Global Candidates should already hold an acceptance certificate from the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Job Summary

We are a registered psychology practice, were established in 1983 and are committed to offering the highest standard of psychological care to our clients. As one of the most established and comprehensive practices in Ontario, we are able to offer professional, innovative, and timely intervention to individuals and families. In addition, through the provision of services using technological modalities, we are able to provide increased access to therapy for those with psychological, medical, and /or mobility disabilities, and for those living in remote geographical locations with few mental health services.

Responsibilities and Duties

Due to a recent expansion in our services, we are looking for Registered Psychologists to consult clients in both our practice locations (Mississauga & Brampton) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to bookings and referrals from all sources, incl WSIB and Insurance Companies.
  • Conducting Psychological Assessments, interpreting results and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Conducting Medical / Legal Assessments and Report Writing
  • Consulting with Patients, Legal Teams, Case Workers and other Practice staff, as well as partners as needed.
  • Be able to supervise other psychologists who are undergoing registration with the college
  • Taking part in the community outreach programs and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Masters / Doctoral level degree in psychology
  • Currently registered or eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
  • Demonstrated skills to provide evidence-based clinical management, assessment and therapy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with the full spectrum of Psychological disorders


  • The successful candidate will be paid an hourly-rate commensurate with experience.
  • All appointment scheduling, confirmation calls, billing, filing are executed by an Admin support team.
  • Both offices have experienced staff answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients, and providing administrative support during clinic hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:00 pm and on Saturdays).
