Our Technology department is a 30-person distributed team of software, QA, and DevOps engineers delivering amazing digital products on a leading-edge technology stack.
Reporting to the QA Team Lead, the QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects.
Work across cross-functional teams and clients to define and execute test plans
- Testing including visual UI and copy
- Test sites and applications for functional, cross-browser, performance, and usability defects
- Assist with the creation of both automated and manual test cases as new features are being developed
- Document issues and suggest improvements on features and processes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and client value-add
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of proven manual testing experience of web, or mobile applications
2+ years of proven experience in test automation
Working experience using defect tracking systems such as JIRA
Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
Familiarity with QA methodologies, best practices, and software development life cycle
Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities in a fast-paced development environment
Highly driven and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities, while staying ahead on QA technologies and methodologies
Good oral and written communication skills, specifically writing detailed tickets and communicating QA findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Accessibility Testing
Experience with Cypress in building reusable automation scripts
Nice to have
Experience with Selenium
Experience in an agency, consultancy, or startup environment
