We are currently seeking a;

Quality Improvement and Evaluation Associate - Full-time (1 year contract)

To provide leadership and guidance to management and staff on all quality-related issues; to develop, coordinate and implement quality programs and processes; and to assist project and program leads in planning for and carrying out evaluation of their projects/programs.

Key Skills, Experience and Behaviours required for this position:

Relevant university degree (Master’s level preferred).
At least three years’ experience in the quality improvement field ideally in a health care environment.
Advanced research, statistical and analytical skills.
Ability to lead evaluation initiatives and familiar with the research process.
Knowledge of evaluation and CQI principles and methods.
Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Excel , SPSS, and other database and statistical software packages, MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with Accreditation Canada’s program/processes would be an asset.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Skills in facilitation of groups/work teams.
Good judgement, initiative and tact.
Demonstrated commitment to client and family centered care.
Highly motivated, with a demonstrated ability to be self-directed, working independently and as a member of a collaborative team
Proven track record of achieving personal and organizational performance targets.
