Supply Chain Analyst - Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst that will be responsible for the detail (bottom up) sales forecast, procurement of finished good product, and inventory control according to business plan targets. This person will be the main point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Production, and Accounting/Finance for product availability and inventory control.

Your responsibilities

Support and lead key initiatives within the Operations Department.
Responsible for the implementation of operational system based projects, as well as reviewing, improving and repairing current systems, such as, but not limited to SAP applications and reports, Trade tools, Shopatron, FOC tools.
Document and streamline processes within the Operations Department to improve workflow.
Main contact between IT and the Operations Department.
Solves IT issues as it relates to operational problems.
Assists in leading and mentoring Operational team members.
Manage Product Phase-ins / Phase-outs
Analyzes historical sales figures; works closely with sales and product marketing to determine fluctuations in sales and promotional activity; makes necessary forecast adjustments as needed based on current sales trends.
Adheres to a 92% customer order/delivery fulfillment rate; monitors incoming goods and oversees allocation to the customer; ensures un-forecasted customers adhere to standard production/transit lead times.
Create and analysis weekly and monthly reports to check for areas of improvements.
Generate and analyze National Account reports and processes.
Monitor daily inbound / outbound reports.
Creates purchase orders and monitors their production and shipping fulfillments.
Assist in maintaining the required products stocking levels, and tracking there transit status.
Assist in warehouse special projects (Bundling, Re-works, transitions, etc.).
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Your profile

3-5 years in demand and forecast planning

Bachelor in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain Management required

High level of Mathematical knowledge (University level)

Analytical, detail and result oriented

Highly skilled in Excel

SAP R/3 experience is desired

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
