- Provide excellent customer service to maintain reputability of the brand in the market
- Evaluate customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Go beyond expectations and offer products that go hand-in hand with the demand to increase sales Follow head office guidelines to maintain the store in a presentable condition
- Actively engage with customers in the store to provide a pleasant experience
- Remain knowledgeable on products and brands by participating in seminars and training programs provided by the company
- Build trusting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty, as well as work towards acquiring new potential clients while satisfying their needs in the beauty industry
The ideal candidate is required to have at least one year in the sales role preferably in a similar industry.
