The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager will manage, develop and execute strategy for growing our Ecommerce sales channel. The ideal candidate is well versed in all aspects of paid media (i.e. ppc, facebook ads, search, re-targeting), and has the ability to get things done with limited resources. He/she will be responsible for managing all operations relating to Ecommerce, including working cross functionally with the rest of the team, warehouse team, vendors, and customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Drive sales and marketing though paid media (facebook ads, google ads).
Increase our overall Ecommerce sales, by strategizing + executing re-targeting and new customer acquisition campaigns.
Manage all updates and changes made to farsali.com (in Shopify).
Gather and interpret online analytics, to be used in improving user experience and increasing sales.
Build, segment, and manage our email marketing list, including the creation of weekly email blasts, using email marketing software.
Develop a sales funnel using a series of autoresponders (email marketing).
Develop and execute a strategy to build customer loyalty to farsali.com.
Manage our customer service team to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
5-7 years experience in Digital Marketing.
Well versed with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram Ad platforms.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Comfortable understanding of HTML/CSS coding.
Internally motivated, self-starter; inspires others to participate.
Ability to execute, get hands dirty and can-do mentality – be scrappy!
BA/BS or higher degree, ideally in marketing.
