Grand Prix Import is a company which specializes in the sale, installation, maintenance, and support of Garage Equipment. We are looking to strengthen our Customer Service Representative team with someone who is a team player, and a skilled problem solver. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Below is an outline of the job description, responsibilities and requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding products, suggesting information about other products, responds to product problems, service questions, billing issues and general client concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update and maintain customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; scheduling service calls
  • Provide service, quote, order and billing as required
  • Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Occasionally inventory small parts as required

Requirements

  • 2-3 years customer service experience
  • Focus and Problem Solving skills
  • Listening, and communication skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Bilingual French and English speaking and writing;
