Eat it up Media is currently looking for phone agents to join our team!

The Network Development Coordinator (aka customer service representative) is responsible for building relationships in different regions across Canada and the US. The success of our marketing campaigns rely directly on these relationships that you will be creating! The Network Development Coordinator provides continuous customer satisfaction by following up with our partners and ensuring that everything is going smoothly and efficiently throughout the campaign.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospected partners over the phone
  • Sign up partners to participate in different campaigns
  • Ensure partnership satisfaction
  • Follow-up with partners to see how campaign is going

Requirements:

  • Must be highly motivated and driven
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Must be bilingual (French and English)
  • Must be enthusiastic
  • Must be efficient
  • Must have excellent communication skills
