Who we are looking for:

We are seeking hardworking, responsible and reliable individuals to join our Deployments Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about excellent customer service. This role would begin with a focus on assisting the deployment team with administrative tasks, such as following up with our customers before and after their order is completed, and working with our industry partners to collect required information.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating merchant files by providing accurate client administration
  • Client follow-up/fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working with our third party partners to ensure timely service
  • Using corporate internal workflow systems

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with computers (ie Windows, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated
  • Efficient
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • No experience is necessary, training will be provided
