The position of executive and personal assistant will attend to tasks and responsibilities that allow the business owner to focus on key drivers in the business while maintaining work-life balance and prioritizing family life.

Assistance required in business and personal spheres.

Business:

- Calendar management

- Email management

- Data entry, data management (digital filing, organizing)

- Business errands, light research.

- Other online tasks as required.

- Coordinating with remote staff

Personal:

- meal planning and prep

- errands (groceries, other shopping)

- calendar and email management

10 hours per week. Most of these hours are flexible within business working hours. Minimally 1 hour per day each week-day morning. Expected to be responsive within same working day for additional 1 hour per day.

Access to a car and up to date computer required.

Must be digital tech savvy. Email management systems, Excel, Word. Skills in Wordpress, Canva, social platforms an asset.

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Wordpress: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Excel: 1 year (Required)

  • DCS / DEC (Preferred)
