As a Smart Home Products Advisor & Sales Representative, you benefit from the advantages available to you by having a solid brand and top corporation behind you. Referrals $500: PeopleFind will pay you $500 for referring a candidate should that candidate be hired for a position advertised.

A smart home is a home that is equipped with the latest technology to remotely control and automate household systems like lighting, doors, thermostats, entertainment systems, security alarms, surveillance cameras and other connected appliances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present and sell consumer home control products and services to new and existing customers.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Commit to skill development through weekly practice/coaching sessions that are customized to improve their current skill set.

Updating and working on CRM Platform.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ideally possesses at least 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer (B2C) market - selling consumer home control product to the residential marketplace

Have a strong ability to prospect and self-generate a high volume of sales leads, must possess an assertive "hunter" orientation.

Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills.

Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Familiarity with HVAC controls and equipment is an asset.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments.

Are team players and can work well independently.

COMPENSATION:
This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is based on sales performance. Projected average earnings for the Toronto area is $75,000 plus per annum (estimate) and the potential is there to achieve higher earnings.
