Are you a highly motived administrative professional looking for a career in Oil & Gas? Canadian Natural is looking for a Training Administrator to provide administrative support services to the Training Team responsible for all training activities and initiatives at the Horizon Oil Sands site. This unique role will allow you to gain exposure to various training administration processes and develop your skillset through continuous learning. In addition, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your customer service oriented mentality while liaising with several different internal and external stakeholders, including site based teams, contractors, new hires, etc.
Organize new hire computer based training (CBT) programs for the Horizon Oil Sands site and act as primary point of contact for training inquiries related to course materials and classroom logistics
Create and maintain the monthly training calendar and manage all statistical training data
Review and manage the Horizon training inboxes, including timely responses to training and registration requests
Ensure regular safety training documentation, including accurate data entry, scanning and archiving of training records
Complete a daily review of registered training course participants and manage the registration cancellation process
Capture and maintain monthly contractor training statistics and submit the monthly charge-back report
This is a temporary 12 month position

Skills & Qualifications:
Typically 2+ years of experience as an administrator or administrative assistant with a high school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with and understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
