Logistics Coordinator
We are recruiting for an Logistics Coordinator to work within our dynamic team.
This is a full-time permanent position to start as soon as possible. We are open to train candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in the import/export sector.
Location : Pointe-Claire
Salary: 35K to 45K according to experience.
Hours: 40hours/week. Monday to Friday. Parking on-site.
Tasks:
- Shipments tracking/tracing
- Order entry
- Handling customer inquiries
- Account management and customer retention
- Carrier relation, inquiries
- Booking and dispatching shipments
- Obtaining freight quotations
- Booking appointments, making delivery and pick-up arrangements
- Paperwork review and verification, scanning, filing
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, basic French is an asset;
- High school diploma minimum;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in import or logistics sector is an asset.

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
