Maritime Hydraulic Repair Center is looking for an Office Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, duties include, but

not limited to:

  • Organize meetings & manage databases
  • Organize company events or conferences
  • Deal with correspondence, complaints & queries
  • Prepare letters, presentations & reports
  • Supervise and monitor work or administrative staff
  • Manage office budgets
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implement & maintain procedures/office admin. Systems
  • Delegate tasks to junior employees
  • Organize induction programs for new employees
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date
  • Use a range of software packages
  • Attend meetings with senior management
  • Assist the organizations HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
  • Invoicing/process customer payments
  • Payables


  • 2 years of work experience in similar roll
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft, Words and Excel
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Reliable, team player, punctual
