Your Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy at FMC, this individual provides support for the site as well as support to the other members of the management team. Performs scheduling of staff, E-people management, RMS activities, Payroll, preparing reports, spreadsheets in excel and general secretarial duties. Daily work activities are varied and diverse and will involve communication and collaboration with several team members in order to organize/maintain schedules and achieve objectives while under pressure to handling multiple tasks, changing priorities and sometimes short deadlines. Must be capable of taking own initiative and recognizing priorities of work delegated by the director and the managers. SIDE NOTE: There is no parking at FMC and therefore should be taken into consideration before applying for this position.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in office of business administration, medical office assistant).

Additional Required Qualifications:
Required High school graduate with an Office Assistant Certificate or diploma from an accredited organization/program. Required 3-5 years related experience in an administrative position. Proficiency in Excel is a requirement. Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Word and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking and attention to details skills required. Ability to prioritize. Must be reliable, accurate, detailed oriented and capable of working independently and in a team environment. Must remain sufficiently flexible to accept reallocated workload as required. Other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams within a health center environment. Completes required timesheets and do Payroll in a timely fashion. General office filing and workflow management.
