Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering information from a variety of sources into a computer database
Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness
Perform minor transcription of information into a computer program
Input data into an inventory tracking system
Input entity changes, such as name and address changes, on a computer system
Operates a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format
Could also be responsible for performing daily department tasks such as monitoring email boxes, and creating and updating spreadsheets
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Fast typing skills
Good command of English - oral and written
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: $3,980.00-$5,140.00 per month
