This position will include the responsibilities of receptionist, office administrator, and executive assistant. The duties also include general housekeeping and cleaning tasks of the office. Working hours from 7:55 am to 5:05 pm, including a one-hour lunch break (12:00-1:00 pm), and two coffee breaks. May require extended working hours from time to time, as needed. Fluent English speaking and professional phone answering skills are absolute requirements.
The successful candidate will have a very high level of care, demonstrated through careful attention to details and a great sense of urgency to get things done correctly and quickly, in a calm and professional manner.

Act as Executive Assistant and provide support for various responsibilities often including taking care of tasks and errands that are not office related, as well as, duties pertaining office such as screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other staff; and client relations.

As the person working in this position will be handling confidential and privileged information and valuables, this position requires at least one bankable guarantor that will provide a personal guarantee for any breach of trust, confidentiality, or other contractual obligations.
As the person working in this position will become a face of the company and company's reputation, discretion on the individual's social media and internet contents are required.
Preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, sales, marketing, information technology (IT), and graphic design software is considered an asset.
