Experienced Line/Prep Cook who is able to prepare, cook and plate menu dishes for Menus that cover Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinner Items.
Work under pressure & stress as well as being able to work with both the Kitchen & Front of House Teams.
Be responsible for preparing, cooking etc dishes as per menu specification as well as always maintaining a clean working area & maintaining require Health & Safety standards.
Must be a reliable employee who can work to a posted schedule and help fellow kitchen staff.
